If you don't mind buying from a commercial dealer, Greg Wolters at Paladian
Tech (greg at paladiantech.com) had some 450MHz/4MB processors for sale at
$300 each plus shipping about ten days ago. I've dealt with this company a
few times and would happily give them a personal recommendation.

You can get fairly good prices on new Expert3D cards from Sun via their
EBay auctions:
