Very safe. to get a gun license you need to have served in the army.
Immagrants need to have millitary or police background, join the
volunteer police auxiliary for at least a year, or wait five years. 

But in this strange country, the ministry of education owned a buch of
.22 berattas and occasionaly issues them to teachers escorting hich school
groups on their annual camping trips in the desert.
I think they have been replaced with full time security guards.
