Well, while not as fast as you might like, you could get a 3com dual 
analog router, and add a second dialup line, then connect with an ISP 
that supports dual dialup connections. I have one of these 3com units, 
and had to use it when I was living in WV, they're nice, containing 2 
analog 56k modems, and connecting to your network via ethernet, they 
can dial on demand. Are you still in OH? If so, see if  an ISP called 
First Internet has a POP local to you, they're a small ISP that will 
support dual analog, static IPs over dialup at a fair price, etc. I 
used them while in WV, and can recommend them very highly.
