[rescue] Sun Ray?

I see some on E-Bay for what looks like a reasonable price.  But no kbd or 
mice.
These use standard Sun Type-5 kbds and mice?  Or are these PeeCee jobbies?
(or USB?)    I've got an extra 20E20's so I got a monitor 8-)
