I bought a Tatung Compstation 60 motherboard from Htwarehouse.com. The board
is an ATX form factor Ultra-60. I am having the troubles getting this
motherboard to run correctly. I have replaced the clockchip, thinking that
might be causing the problems. The motherboard boots to the OK prompt. If
I start OBdiag, it will pass as the diagnostics. If I run test-all, it will
pass all of it's tests. If I set the diag-level to max, I will occasionally
get a SC (SCSI Controller??) error SPOR=1. However when I boot the machine it
simply hangs. It will hang if I boot off the net, floppy or disk (CDROM).
Does anybody have any ideas? Failing that does anybody have an Ultra-30
motherboard, case and powersupply cheap?
