[rescue] OpenVMS Alpha question

hmmm... I'm not a VMS expert, but I've seen things as strange in 
networks if people get the netmasks on different machines wrong....
(i.e. you've got a Class C netmask on thet 10 range on one machine
but the other machine defaulted to a Class A netmask...)
