Part 15 limits ERP and arial length, including feed, IIRC.

The power output is unknown to me at this hour, but the antenna/feed
line can not exceed one meter total.

(I researched this for a school radio station effort in the
mid-eighties... Some folks ran audio up the tower, adn put the
transmitter & arial on the top of a tall mast to remain 100% Part 15
compliant.)
