Nope.  You have to satisfy the dependencies yourself.   The best way,
I've found, is to download all of the freeware packages, untar them into
a temp dir, and install whatever software you need right from there. 
Point Software Manager at the temp dir as the distribution directory,
uncheck everything, then let the dependencies resolve themselves
locally.
