[rescue] AuroraLinux bug #19, R. 1.0

FYI - the bug I noticed on my AuroraLinux install was opened by my
friend Ken Hansen as error 19. Still open (see
bugzilla.auroralinux.org)... This is not the biggest bug in the world,
but it is kind of nice to be able to set machine time properly...
