Me too. I don't know if IKEA in the US sell the same products as they do
here in the UK (in fact, based on episodes of the Simpsons/Futurama I've
seen, IKEA seem to have a pretty bad reputation in the US, which they
don't over here), but I've found the STEN shelving range to be great for
general IT gear.

19 UK pounds gets you a "starter kit" consisting of 4 uprights, 4
36"x12" shelves, all the bolts, and a cross-brace. You can then buy
more uprights/different sized shelves as you choose. They claim this
stuff will tolerate up to 500kg per shelf.
