Well, in my opinion it is within $20 of the right price ;^)

Seriously though, it seems OK to me - $20 to drop a 100baseT backbone
to 24 (older/rescue hardware-friendly) 10baseT ports with a switch is a
good deal - to me, the ATM card is just a bonus...
