[rescue] Need SCSI 68->50 ping adapter for I2

There's a guy on ebay that's selling them for around $15 or so. I saw them
when looking through some Mac stuff, but I would imagine a search will find
them. They were store items, and he had bunches of them, so they should
still be there.
