I don't know if they'll work in this particular case, but there's a guy
on ebay that sells really nice studs with knurled nuts that you can
tighten by hand, and/or with a straight bladed screw driver. They're
pretty nice, I bought some a long time ago from him (but don't ask me
his username on ebay, as I don't recall), if you search ebay for 'rack
mount' you should find one or more of his ads.
