[rescue] Anyone been to crc.org sales?

Apologies in advance for the Bay Area centric-ness of the question.

Any of you folks been to the Saturday sales of the Computer Recycling
Center/Computers & Education Corp?  They are located at 2971 Mead Ave.
in Santa Clara.

Just wondering if it's worth the trip.

They take computer gear (some stuff you have to pay to have them
take), refurb what can be for giving to schools/non-profits, and
sell stuff as well for fundraising.  The remainder goes to recyclers
so it doesn't end up in landfills.

I'd like to support such an org, since it's very difficult to
dispose of a computer and it's acoutrements in an environmentally
responsible manner, even in Silicon Valley.
