Actually it is a Quadra 950 with a cache card, perhaps the 5 drive 
carrier, and the DDS 4mm drive.

It's definitely not a PPC (9500).

Takes 30 pin SIMMS... up to 256 MB RAM.  A very nice machine for the 
time period.  It can be upgraded to an Apple Workgroup Server 9150 (PPC 
with a PDS card).
