What do you mean with "VGA"? SubD 15 HD like they are on VGA cards?
No BNC connectors on the monitor?
Get a 3W3-BNC cable from e.g. epay. I have some from rescued DEC and
Apollo machines.
Get a "VGA-BNC" cable from your favorite hardware dealer.
Get some BNC-BNC plugs. (You can use BNC T adapters from 10Base2 cabling
too.)
Use this plugs to connect the BNC ends of the two cables together and a
gender changer on the SubD 15 HD so that you can plug in the cable of
the monitor.
Or cut off the BNC plugs from the 3W3-BNC cable and solder a SubD 15 HD
plug to that end. Maybe you should ask Dave to do this for you if you
don't know what end of a soldering iron gets hot. ;-)
