I have two CycleQuads.... and havent' had problems with them.  Of course,
make sure the dimms and the processors are seated fully. Maybe, these bad
boys
like lots o' ram... I have 3 gigs in one, 2+ in the other, and I have had
other systems balk at 
low memory, so try more. How many processors have you tried and in which
slot(s)
have you tried. I have 4 300mhz in each and they are very happy!

I imagine you have a proper video card and monitor....

I hope you can get your CycleQuad fired up!
