NetBSD-1.6 (and -current) is only "broken"[*] on a few lesser models of
sun4c, such as IPC   (any that boot with "sw flush").  It runs perfectly
fine on ss2 (and IPX and any that boot with "hw flush" and which don't
have other cache bugs).

[*] You can turn the cache off (or force flushing on every context
switch), but that makes the machine unusably slow.
