I have been quite happy with djbdns aka tinydns.  It runs the local
library system's DNS on a 16MB 486DX25.

I use it on faster hardware too, but I think it is a little more
efficient on resources vs. BIND.  As long as you are hosting less than
100 domains and none are being hit very heavily you should be fine.
