[rescue] DEC PDP10 Status Update

For the last few months I have been struggling with a DEC PDP10 KS10 2020
system that hasn't been run in a decade. I will spare you the details, but
it just booted TOPS10 from a RP06 disk. It's probably the only PDP10 running.
