You got the OS, right? I think you are SOL without the IBM licenses (to
call this proprietary is an understatement!)

How deep are your pockets... If I were you I would think salvage - pull
the drives (hopefully they are SCSI of some common flavor), find fun
uses for the circuit boards, and then do some decorating with the now
empty cabinet...
