Ohhh!, Yeah right, I almost forgot...

(Oh, and while we're at it, block all pr0n access.  actually, for that 
matter, all general internet access until the job is finished.  That way, 
they won't get 'distracted' by "other needs".  They can go back to that stuff 
after the work is done.)
