I'll quote, for the impatient:

     This 670MP server had a modification performed to boost its
     performance over a stock SS600MP system. The CPU board had a
     turbo clock module installed which provides a 25% increase in
     system clock frequency. With this module, the main memory, MBUS
     and SBUS (32-bit) bandwidths are equivalent to those of a
     SPARCstation 20. This provides a noticeable system speed boost
     with reliable operation. If desired, this modification can be
     easily reversed as the original clock module is included with the
     system. The CPU board also has a new NVRAM installed with a
     lithium battery that will function past the year 2010.

"Turbo clock module"? Anyone know what he's talking about?
