Sorry, I nissed the previous part of this thread, because of to much
lall...

Are you talking about that 100 MBit/s EISA Ehernet card from 3Com, that
can work in an SGI Indigo^2? The card that was OEMed by Phobos who
wrote IRIX driver for it? You are looking for Phobos EPROMs to get an
ordinary PeeCee 3Com working with the Phobos drivers? You don't need
that. All you need is the Phobos driver (downloadable from Phobos) and a
small patch. The driver looks for a Phobos MAC address. If it finds an
other it refuses to work. So you can negate two branch instructions in
the driver.o and the driver will work with any card, but not with a
Phobos. Hehehe. :-) I did that with a generic PeeCee 3Com and it works
well in my R4400 Indigo^2 with IRIX 6.5.
