it's been years since i drooled over the O2, but if i remember
correctly, the O2 has a hard limit of 75% of main memory may be
used for TRAM.  so with maxed memory, you are looking at 1.5GB
of TRAM.  not too shabby.  :)

as far as measuring it?  no clue, sorry.
