[rescue] WAY OT: sliding rails - centermount

so what i have currently are two long strips of steel.
each strip has a center piece that rolls on bearings.

you affix teh server to these sliding strips.
the receiver sides (read the outsides, the sides that face
the rack) then have l brackets attached to them in strategic
places. one can put the l brackets near the front of the server
and push the servers deep into the rack if you have clearance behind
it. otherwise, you can mount the brackets in the center and affix
them to the rack such that half the server sticks out on either
side of the posts.

here are some small but decent pictures.

my question is whether or not the holes drilled into the case
are in a standard pattern such that i can buy a standard sliding
rail from some company and be reasonably assured they will fit.

the brackets fitting the rack are not an issue, they are cut so
they take up 1,2,3,4 or even 6 u of space and holes are put in
these brackets every u or so.

~ does anyone understand my question?

Center rails? You mean the part of the 2-piece sliding side rail that
mounts
to the rack?
