[rescue] Ultra 1: No signal from framebuffer after NVRAM update

Solaris 8 suggested to flash the NVRAM, and that's what I did, afaict w/o 
any problems (at least there were no error messages)

However, after rebooting my monitor keeps telling me "No Signal", Keyboard 
is connected and working (the Ultra stops booting when I press stop-a), so 
it shouldn't be running headless.

The Framebuffer is a Tritec GCX-1 Rev.1 with SunGX chip, the monitor is a 
X7121A, works well on VGA, worked before the NVRAM update, and shouldn't 
be the problem.
