SPK means Sozialistisches Patienten Kollektiv (Socialist Patients
Collective). There is more information at
<http://www.baader-meinhof.com/terminology/terms/spk.html>. Among other
things, they occupied the West German embassy in Stockholm, the capital of
Sweden, in 1975.
