Alright, I have the skills (and most of the means) to set up and produce 
either by photoresist or silkscreen, 2 layer PCB's.

All I'd need is a PCB pattern, the connectors and components and source for 
the photoresist coating (if we want to do it that way) or a suitable 
plastisol type silkscreen ink that wouldn't break down in PCBoard echant, as 
in Ferric Chloride solution (or was that ferrous, I can never remember).  I 
know where I can buy the PCB substrate board and I have a couple of Dremels 
and a Soldering Iron or two for assembly.

How big of a run would we be doing?
Who would volunteer to assist in the assembly?
