> ultra2, hands down.

More specifically (pardon if the formatting on this gets munged):

System SPEC-CINT95
SPECint2000
Ultra 1	140 5.4
Ultra 1	170E 6.26

Ultra 5	270 9.17
Ultra 2	1300 12.1
Ultra 10	300 12.1
100
Ultra 5	360 (512 MB, 90MHz clock) 12.1
Ultra 5	333 (512 MB, 111MHz clock) 14.1 133
Ultra 10	333 (512 MB, 111MHz clock) 14.1

Ultra 60	1360 (512 MB) 16.1
Ultra 5	400 16.5
E250 400 (512 MB) 16.8
Ultra 10	440 17.9

Blade 100	500 19.0
174
Blade 1000	1600
313
Blade 1000	1750
395
Blade 1000	1900
467

In other words, an Ultra 2 with a *single* 300 MHz CPU is
as fast on the SPEC tests as a U5/360--and based on personal
experience, it "feels" just as fast as well. Add a second
CPU, and the Ultra 2 runs rings around *any* U5/10 for any
setup where multiprocessor/multithreaded stuff is useful.

Note that the U5/333 is *faster* than the U5/360--due to
the (memory?) bus clock speed.

Now to wait for the price on MP U2s to start falling around
here as well, since they *can't possibly* be as "fast" or as
"good" as the U5/10 and SB100...
