I just got a used Ultra 1 Creator 3D. I installed memory and
plugged in a monitor, keyboard, and mouse. When I turned it
on I got nothing on the display. I then connected up a terminal
and disconnected the monitor, keyboard and mouse. When I turned
the Ultra 1 on I got the following, over and over:

RED State Exception

I searched GoogleGroups and found that the RED State Exception
could be anything from bad memory to a bad system board. Is
there any way to decode the message to see exactly what is bad?
