How about just telnetting to one of the route servers, such
as route-server.ip.att.net and running the following:
show ip bgp regexp _3215$
This should give you all of the networks they announce, but
excludes any networks in other ASs that they give transit
to (I believe, I'm rusty in the routing dept).
