[rescue] Samsung Memory Part Numbers

Just bought a bunch of SPARC/Ultra RAM, and I'm trying to figure out the
sizes. In theory, they're all 32MB parts, but I get "unusual" results when I
mix them in an U2.
They're all Samsung parts...samsung does not have them on their website.
Anyone have a good reference to these chips?
