[rescue] offline

If anyone with more sparc experience than myself is up this evening,
whould you care to hazard a guess about this:

A disk is identified by probe-scsi, but installation reports "WARNING: ...
(sd0) offline" and can't proceed.  This is a 4.2Gb Quantum in an Ultra2.
The same occurs in either slot, while another disk has no trouble.

I'm guessing this drive has given up the ghost, but hoping there might be
a cure. My luck with used systems has been pretty good, but may have just
run out. I got this critter Thursday, and am disappointed that it may not
be fully working..
