I once did some work for a company with well over 100 data entry clerks
on serial terminals connected to a Plexus system.  I know of companies
who had AT&T 3B2s of various sizes with up to 80 typists doing word
processing.  I've nothing against doing data entry on serial ports.  But
anyone doing anything user-like on a server system console should stopped.
