Dude...  you said "Memory Bandwidth"
you _must_ be talking about SGI.

Look into a deskside SGI, they usually have ballsy bandwidth.
Or an Ultra80/E450 running 4-way bit interleaved memory.
The _big_ Compaq proliants will do 4-way interleave, but they go a bit over 
the $20,000 mark.
