[rescue] Location of faulty SIMM in IPC?

  Run the ROM-based memory tests from the "ok" prompt.  I believe
that, on the IPC, that'll tell you what SIMM number is failing, and
those numbers should be silkscreened on the board.  Assuming the
ROM-based memory tests actually find the failure, that is...
