AFIK you never will. 8.5 was sold, 8.6 was given away. The catch was that
8.6 was only an update. User groups, stores, etc were told to download it
and sell it for the cost of the media, copying, etc (around $10).

A factory pressed copy of the full 8.6 is IMHO "neverobtainium".
