I thought I'd seen zip+4+2 (?) before, at least in barcode.  I know I've
sent letters with no text, just zip+4 in postnet barcode, and they didn't
get delivered.  Name in text and zip+4 in barcode did make it.  (This was
about 5 years ago.)
