I used to work on the loading dock of RPS - many years ago.  The 
delivery guys not only had to pay for a route, but they had to buy the 
truck FROM RPS.  They paid them shit wages too, $.50 per delivery with 
some minor compensation for weight.  These guys arrived at 5:00am when 
my shift was ending, and pulled in after 7:00pm when the unloaders were 
starting their shift.
