The Sabre 300 (the only 300MHz IIi module made) has 512KB of cache and a
100MHz bus speed. It was original equipment on early Ultra 10's.

The Sapphire 360 did have 256KB, and it did suck. IMHO the cache was only
part of the problem, the other problem was that it ran a slower (90MHz)
bus. The Sabre 360 ran at 120MHz externally with 2MB of cache.

The Sapphire 480 ran at 120MHz externally with 2MB of cache as well. I've
only ever seen one, and it was never officially released (but you could
download docs on it from SME a while back). The 440 is an underclocked
version of this.
