[rescue] IBM P200 momitor on SGI or Sun?

Check out www.monitorworld.com.  They have a link to a database of
monitors/cards/connectors.  May be useful.  All the SGI needs is
sync on green.  But there can be gotchas.  I made a BNC-13W3 cable
for a Crimson, and the colors ended up shifting by one jack position.
13W3 is not a standardized interface, so there may need to be some
adjustments.  But it should not be a show-stopper.
