Whats sad is that I paid $750 in 1995 for my first SPARCstation 1.

*sigh*

It was WELL worth it, though, in the long run - it helped me get to
where I am today. (away from GF/fiance at the time, away from dead-end
 job, now owning my own home, vehicle, and married to a wonderful
woman who puts up with my strange hobbies..)
