Has anyone here any explanation for why my SGI I2 Solid Impact R10K will NOT boot if it has a parallel printer cable plugged into it? It will boot fine if the cable is not plugged into it. The cable works and I can print via Ghostscript to an Epson inkjet once the machine has booted. Cordially Patrick Giagnocavo patrick at zill.net
