It takes two forms.  First, a piece of plastic about 3-4 feet long that you
place on snow covered ground and yourself on top, then slide down a hill.

The second kind is the runner sled.  Think extra long ice skates without the
boots, connected by wood.  These are quite fun, but work badly in the
sort of snow we get in southern PA.

Oh, you meant a drive sled, didn't you?  That is something that you attach to
a harddrive so that you can just slide it into the computer rather than having
to screw it in.
