[rescue] et phone home

The other day, while playing with my Solaris 8
box I bought up the "textnote" app in CDE and
jotted in a quick phone number. Now, when I
right click on the file, it gives me the option to
"dial" it. In fact, if I hold up the phone to the
speaker and take that option, dial tones come
out of the speaker and  it does in fact dial the
phone.

But I've never been able to duplicate it. How
do you do this on purpose?
