There's so many changes, the *smallest* download would be
450meg or so.  Apple is doing the following:

- giving away update CD sets for free @ apple stores, Fry's,
  and I heard, CompUSA (this is how i'm gonna get mine)

- $19.95 for shipping and handling via apple.com

There's supposedly 3 CDs.  9.1 -> 9.2.1 update cd, 10.0.4 to
10.1 update cd, and 10.1 dev tools cd.
