I hadn't seen ANDIrand, but I did find PRNGd, which openssl supports...
It doesn't provide an actual /dev/random, but it provides a named
pipe, like EGD... and OpenSSL actually supports it also (although
I think you need to tell OpenSSL what the pipe is named).
