[rescue] Hindus (good food)

Neither would I.... I love Indian food, culture, etc.  My best friend's 
mother is Hindu... She and I swap food and recipes... (It completely 
blew her away that not only could I (as a man) cook, but I could cook 
well, and that I could cook Indian food well) if I was forced to be a 
vegetarian I think my stomach would rot from only eating Indian 
food :-)... They have some of the tastiest vegetarian cuisine on the 
planet.... I hardly ever put meat in my Indian dishes...(actually don't 
like it mostly, though lamb can be good).  BUT... when I'm cooking Cajun 
or Hungarian especially... The pig is never far away.
