I have an old 3/160 here that has been sitting in the corner for
quite a while now. When I turned it back on today, it did not want
to work for me...
What it says is:
> Boot PROM Selftest
>
> PROM Checksum Test
> DVMA Reg Test
> Context Reg Test
> Segment Map Wr/Rd Test
> Segment Map Address Test
> Page Map Test
> Memory Path Data Test
> Err 2: Addr 0x00000400, Exp 0x00000001, Obs 0x10000001, Xor 0x10000000
probably meaning that there is a bad memory chip on the CPU board.
Is it possible to identify which chip that is? Is there any hope
of getting the machine back running? (Does anyone have a spare 3/160
CPU board?)
Regards,
Christoph.
